Hi, I’m Alex

Certified Fitness Trainer and Personal Coach

I have been teaching fitness since 2014 and have specialised in Pre and Post Natal Fitness since 2016. I focus on developing core strength to allow women to progress in their fitness journey.

Our Classes

Strong Mum Club
First Level

This class takes place every Friday morning from 10.30-11.30am at the Newquay Boating Lake. 

We meet by the entrance to the Lakeside Cafe and begin the class with a warm-up walk round the lake.

Babies and children of any age are welcome.

Please bring a stroller/pram, an exercise mat on dry days, and some water...I will provide the resistance bands.

A fitness club for all women who want to build strength safely no matter where you are on your post natal journey.

Our low impact classes based at the beautiful Newquay Boating Lake focus on core strength, re-connecting your breath, and developing your fitness through a mixture of cardio, body weight and resistance band exercises.
