My Vision
I want the Strong Mum Club to be more than just a fitness club. I want it to be a community to offer support during those tough stages of motherhood, a friendship group to have a giggle with, and a portal for fitness and postnatal education.

Certified Fitness Trainer
and Personal Coach
I have been teaching fitness since 2014 and have specialised in Pre and Post Natal Fitness since 2016. I focus on developing core strength to allow women to progress in their fitness journey.
